Amazing spacious room

The room was well-designed and comfortable, featuring a lovely electric fireplace that added a nice touch. While some amenities, like the spa bath, could be improved, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the staff's service were impressive. It's easy to get to the town center, which is convenient.

We stayed in this beautiful Premium King Suite with a cozy fireplace overlooking the garden! ! The room was spacious and so clean, with a luxurious spa bath that really made for a romantic evening after a long day.

However, the weather obstructed our views of the surrounding beauty, and breakfast options felt limited for an extended stay.

It was just a balanced option for a swift visit in Franz Josef with high value for money. The interior of the hotel room was very nice, new and very clean, which I appreciated after a long drive. Try to get a room away from the restaurant for a quieter stay.

The rooms were clean and cozy. We enjoyed exploring the Glacier Hot Pools and took some short walks through the bush to spectacular viewpoints. The electric fireplace and full-size toiletries made it feel more like home. Don't miss the great food in the restaurant while you're there!
